1. SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR:

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Sales Director will be a key member of the New Horizon Internet JSC  (NHI) senior management team and will have primary responsibility for leading the sales functions to achieve targeted organic growth goals established by the company.  This role is responsible for achieving sales results and driving innovative and integrated sales initiatives in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and other members of the senior management team.

         Role purpose

  • Meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Confirm, communicate and implement sales goals and strategies for the sales force, review and update sales and marketing strategies for key market segments and target accounts;
  • Assess sales staff to ensure effective leadership, and appropriate staffing, structure, skill sets and training to meet aggressive sales goals and evolving business needs;
  • Create and sustain effective collaborative partnerships with key Channel Partners;
  • Identify key target accounts and generate plans, including time lines and responsibility, for conversion to NHI;
  • Complete thorough market analysis in collaboration with the Lead Intelligence Analyst to improve product positioning and to increase the effectiveness of the sales team.

         Key accountabilities:

  • Establish and achieve growth-oriented revenue goals and objectives;
  • Lead formulation of the overall sales plan and related expense budget;
  • Lead and develop the Sales team to support sales strategies and to deliver profitable sales growth. Recommend, obtain approval and implement any changes needed to align the sales organization with NHI’s overall business strategy;
  • Assess strengths and weaknesses of Sales Channel Partners, rehabilitating and/or upgrading where appropriate and filling vacancies in key growth markets in support of NHI national expansion plans;
  • Develop and implement sales training tools and processes, including tactical pricing models and business opportunity analysis models;
  • Track, manage and communicate sales forecasts and results by sales executives and channel partners;
  • Create a winning atmosphere by effectively communicating the sales strategy to all constituencies throughout the sales channels;
  • Determine and implement the most appropriate sales market structures to achieve revenue goals, secure new business opportunities and win customers;
  • Develop strong ties with key customers and key accounts and be proactive in understanding the trends and issues likely to impact our served markets
  • Drive the implementation of front-end customer strategies, including identifying and involving key customers in product development;
  • Advise management on sales directions, competitors and market trends, including technology trends;
  • Work with Human Resources to develop and implement innovative incentive programs which align individual and sales team compensation with NHI’s goals and objectives
  • Provide timely (monthly) activity and expense reporting.

         Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in digital marketing services;
  • Proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, business plans, forecasts and budgets, and achieving sales results;
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting and leading a world-class sales organization;
  • Proven organizational design and process skills and be capable of reorienting or changing the sales organization to optimize market conditions, serve new types of customers, and support and service new product types;
  • Experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business partnerships with Channel Partners and End Users;
  • Experience in creating and sustaining strong profitability and business results within a successful organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors;
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese, English;
  • Good knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • Position is open for local, overseas Vietnamese and expatriates;

2. SALES MANAGER(S)
Reporting directly to Sales Director and will have primary responsibility for manage daily sales activities to achieve sales targets established by Sales Director. This role is responsible for identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.

         Role purpose:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Manages an assigned geographic/channels sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objective.
  • Acknowledge and implement sales goals and strategies for the sales team; execute sales and marketing strategies for assigned market segments and target accounts;
  • Assess sales staff to ensure effective leadership, and appropriate staffing, skill sets and training to meet aggressive sales goals and evolving business needs;
  • Create and sustain effective collaborative partnerships with key Channel Partners;
  • Identify key target accounts and generate plans, including time lines and responsibility, for conversion to NHI;
  • Collect market data in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to improve product positioning and to increase the effectiveness of the sales team.

3. HEAD OF MARKET RESEARCH & BUSINESS

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Working with advertisers/agencies/publishers/users to define complex business objectives
  • Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
  • Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products/services in all stages of products/services life cycle.
  • Overseeing the design of research questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured.
  • Managing and mentoring research specialists.
  • Reviewing the analyses and reports of others – ensuring accuracy, logical consistency and value-add.
  • Formulating analysis plans and acquiring sign-off
  • Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods.
  • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations
  • Making presentations – answering questions and instilling confidence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum o 7 to 10 years within the custom Market Research industry.
  • 5 to 7 years of online/digital/mobile advertising industry.
  • Academic and practical experiences with a wide array of new products, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as an independent consultant.
  • Good in written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis – include multivariate and conjoint analysis.
  • Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/SAS and time-series analysis tools.
  • Strong desire and ability to train and mentor team members.
  • BA/MBA degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences

Others:

  • Dynamic, proactive, open minded and workable under high pressure.
  • Good English is a must. Knowledge of Russian is desirable.

5. MARKETING EXECUTIVE(S)

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
  • Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
  • Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each conference/ exhibition/ campaign
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion for each conference and exhibition.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management/ organizational skills.
  • Ability to use spreadsheets to analyze data and spot trends, to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
  • Understanding of customer segmentation.

6. SERVICE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

    –    Product operating:

  • Understanding the given products to manage their content.
  • Localizing products (mobile/web apps, games, services…) to meet market’s requirements.
  • Updating products’ versions across the stores.

–    Public relation and communication:

  • Collaborating with Marcom team to create promoting plans for products.
  • Creating good connections and products’ awareness via social networks, including forums and retrieving comments to propose good ideas in order to make the products better.

–    Other tasks:

  • Performing tasks which are related and/or given to the department.

7. SERVICE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT –SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

         Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand the technical and functional design requirements produced by the product development team;
  • Design and implement the mobile apps  according to the specifications;
  • Work with other developers to set standards and define best practices for coding and design;
  • Help identify system/design issues and implement solutions.

         Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/IT
  • More than 4 years of working experience in software development, more than 2 years of working experience in iOS development
  • Solid background in data structures and algorithms
  • Strong understanding of mobiles UI design principles
  • Excellent in C/C++/Objective-C and iPhone SDK
  • Experience in device’s memory manipulation
  • Experience in Web Service/REST
  • Experience in using SQLite database
  • Experience in Location-based and Social-Networking applications
  • Experience with source control such as Subversion or Git

         Others:

9. SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER(S)

         Responsibilities:

  • Work individually and as part of a team for designing, developing, testing, documenting and maintaining large-scaled Web-based applications.
  • Develop extensions for Web browsers.
  • Develop Web Service API for mobile applications.

         Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/IT
  • More than 4 years of working experience in software development
  • Solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures
  • Strong skill in WebService, HTML, Javascript/jQuery. Experience in modern standards such as HTML5, CSS3 is a plus
  • Experience in PHP. Knowledge of C++, Perl, Python is a plus
  • Familiar with relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite. Knowledge of NoSQL, Cache Engine is a plus
  • Experience with source control such as Subversion or Git

10. SENIOR FRONT-END DEVELOPER

         Responsibilities:

  • Daily interaction and collaboration with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, testers to create website interfaces.
  • Creation of cross-browser HTML/CSS templates from approved designs that adhere to web standards while maintaining the creative direction
  • Creation of mobile compliant websites.

         Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/IT.
  • More than 3 years of working experience in website development.
  • Excellent front-end development skills with a demonstrated background in building sophisticated web and mobile presentations using HTML / CSS / backbone.js / JavaScript /JQuery/Ajax. Experience in modern standards such as HTML5, CSS3 is a plus.
  • Experience in developing cross-browsers and cross-platform compatible solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile device front-end development.
  • Solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, relational database systems such as MySQL is a plus.
  • Experience with source control such as Subversion or Git.

11. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE(S)

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with Customer complaints effectively. Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Build the Knowledge system (User Guide, Instructions, Customer Response Library)
  • 1st line customer support
  • Customer care, proactive sales & support

Requirements:

  • BA degree in any fields
  • Knowledge in Sale & Advertising field
  • Experience in verbal communication, telephoning skills
  • Experience in CRM (Customer Relation Management) system
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent in English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to team work and multi – tasking

12. QUALITY ASSURANCE(S)

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in all QA key activities
  • Develop QA plans, QA test cases
  • Manage the testing packages and perform test
  • Set up test environment
  • Submit and maintain the bug tracking system, report the defects found to improve products
  • Other tasks are assigned by manager

Requirements:

  • Graduated University, BA degree in Computer Science or related fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 1+ years in product testing (functions, system)
  • Experience with bug tracking tools, document management & tracking system
  • Knowledge of testing approaches
  • Excellent in English writing, speaking skills

13. WEB CATALOG EDITOR(S)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the quality and content of the website.
  • Write a brief description about the website.
  • Ensure the stability and quality of the edited websites.
  •  Support to build databases for search engines.

Requirement :

  • Education: journalism, IT, foreign languages
  • Work experience in editing large amount of data
  • Lexicography experience is desirable (eg. making dictionaries, experience in editing and of reference books, manuals, phone databases, databanks)
  • Vietnamese native, English fluent, and Russian – desirable
  • Good internet and PC user, chats (Yahoo, Google Talk, Skype & Forums)
